Quickly after purchasing this home the owners assembled a team comprised of Joseph Minton as the designer, Ralph Duesing the Architect and ourselves Deering Construction as the Builders. The home needed a lot of work, it had been neglected for years and we were excited to give it life once again. Joseph Minton said "having worked with the homeowners and the architect on previous projects helped things run that much more smoothly, and the home’s good bones made everyone’s job easier. “It was a wonderful house 50 years ago,” he says, “but it just got better.”
